My fascination with cowboys is my worst-kept dirty secret. So I did a quick doodle of this guy today while listening to Johnny Cash.
I had to draw lips like that after seeing Fu’ad Aït Aattou in The Last Mistress (he and his lips were kind of the most memorable thing about it). But the rest is more Lawrence of Arabia inspired.

I saw a cover of Eugene Onegin that I wanted to re-create just as an exercise. Considering how spectacular that cover was, I was disappointed to discover that the rest of that artist’s work was quite dull for my taste.
