There are a great many things that I will miss about my city in the time I will spend away from it, and this event is one of them. At least I can say truthfully that I was photographed by Bill Cunningham and have appeared in the New York Times. (For the curious, I am bottom center in a yellow waistcoat, while two of my most treasured friends are very bottom right.)
