Here’s a list I recently compiled. I’d say Forster’s Maurice, Waugh’s Brideshead Revisited, and anything by Fitzgerald make for especially nice summer reading. Also a good time to climb the mountain of Proust if you’re feeling particularly ambitious. I have yet to!
